Happy Birthday CARD, cQc#181

Happy Birthday to my dear friend Donna!
Once again, I LOVED the color combo this week over at colourQ challenge #181.
The Royal Court Design Team with their "LOVE" ly color palette below:
I stamped off with Brocade Blue first, then stamped with Brilliant Blue over the image. 
 
All supplies Stampin' Up! ... unless noted.

Recipe ...

Stamps: Blooming with Kindness, Curly Cute
Ink: Brocade Blue, Brilliant Blue (both colors retired)
Paper: Whisper White, Polka Dot Parade DSP
Accessories: Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Basic Black 1/8" Gingham Ribbon (retired)
