Swallowtail Birthday CARD, ATC#16

Close up of the image heat embossed in black.
Good Morning, I have a great 10 minute card!  Stamp the swallowtail image with VersaMark on a 3-3/4” x 5” piece of card stock, cover with black embossing powder and shake off excess, heat set with the heat tool.  Let cool for a few minutes.  Using the Sponge Dauber I added Daffodil Delight and Marina Mist.
Using a brayer on the top and bottom edges I brayered the card stock using Lucky Limeade.
The design team has some cool up in the air inspiration ... come play!

Graduation Owl CARD

"Whooo Whooo" everyone!  There is a cute owl party challenge going on over at "Top Spot" Still addINKtive.  This week they're featuring SU Owl Builder Punch.  My previous Wedding Owl punch card was spotted and showcased.

The Owl Punch has so many possibilities.  In one quick move, Two-Step Owl punch cuts out all of the pieces you need to build an owl. It couldn't be easier to create a great accent or focal point: just punch and then layer the pieces.

The diploma is a 1" x 1 1/2" piece of copy paper.  It's adhered to the owl with mini glue dots.

Pop 'n Cuts CARD for Mother's Day!

Greetings!  Yes, I know I'm a little late posting my Mothers Day card ... so here it is!  Several months ago I made this over at my SU upline Brenda Keenan's unit meeting but finished it later at home. Gave it to mom for Mothers Day and personalize it with a photo.

Yep, that's my mom (photo taken in 1945) ... chic, stylish and a first class lady.
On the outside this card is very simple and straightforward.   Karen Burniston is the creator of this magnificent Pop N Cut die.   She is a well known designer and papercrafter and has teamed up with Stampin’ Up! to create this exclusive die for them.

Insert in the Card Base Pop 'n Cuts Die to cut a fun pop-up card! Embellish the dress form with a dress you cut using the Dress Up Framelits Dies and add a photo for fun!
Here's a photo of mom this evening.  Tonight, I tucked her in bed and she actually let me take a picture of her wearing her adorable Peanuts night shirt.  Shes is the cutest little 93 years young lady I've ever seen. Sweet dreams mom!
