Good Morning! This card was CASed and Inspired by Lynn over at LW Designs with slight changes in colors, ribbon and such. Lynn's card is so soft and very pretty.
I stamped the image with Whisper White Craft ink (let dry or use a heat tool) then colored it in using a blender pen with classic ink pads. Lynn used a aqua painter. If anyone knows the name of this technique please let me know. .jpg)
